Shipping, Backorder & Pre-order Policy
NOTE: AS OF THE 1ST MARCH 2019 WE OFFER IN STORE PICUP ONLY. THIS APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER THE 1ST OF MARCH 2019. ORDERS PLACED PRIOR TO 1ST MARCH 2019 WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECT TO THE CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS.
SHIPPING & BACKORDER POLICY PRIOR TO 1ST MARCH 2019.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through this website. Not every product on our website is available at our retail outlets.
Many products we offer are available on a pre-order basis or backorder basis and may not be dispatched to you immediately. Items in stock at our warehouse are shipped within 5 days of your order. Items available for pre-order or backorder may take longer to be shipped. Some items shipped to us from overseas may take several weeks to arrive at our warehouse and are shipped out to you at that time. In the case of pre-order products, these may take a considerable period of time to be shipped given that manufacturers stage releases over a twelve month period. Your pre-order puts you in line to receive the product at the time of release, however does not guarantee that you will receive the product if insufficient stock is available. If a pre-order product becomes sold out prior to you receiving your order then we will refund your order in full.
Pre-order items are dispatched as soon as the product is received by us from the manufacturer or distributor. Backorder items are dispatched as soon as the product is received by us from the manufacturer or distributor.
For some items, such as metal detectors or special products it may take some time for your item to be shipped. We do not guarantee delivery timeframes and you should take this into account when ordering. Also, due to the nature of the Prospecting and Mining Supplies business, it is possible that your order for an item may take a substantial amount of time to fill or may be cancelled at any time. In the event your order is cancelled a full refund will be made to the payment method used to place the order.
These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
All orders are final and may not be cancelled or modified once submitted. When your order is received we activate our supply chain for your order and corresponding orders of the products from your order are placed with our suppliers or manufacturers.
If for some reason the product you have ordered is not available, has ceased production or is sold out then we will refund your order automatically.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
